Returns & Exchanges

For Return (New Return Policy Starting 21st January 2019)

- Shipping and any rush fees will not be refunded.

For standard size: 

Our clothing is made-to-order, just for you and no one else. Should you decide to return your order, we charge a small Zero Waste Fee which will be deducted from your refund. We charge this fee because we don’t build inventory into our up front pricing, therefore offering you the lowest pricing possible for made-to-order clothing. Your Zero Waste Fee will help us reduce the impact of excess stock on the environment. And we will send you a confirmation letter when you placing the order. If you no reply over 24 hours, we will make the dress according to your orders. You are responsible for all the consequences.

*Before shipping

Orders canceled within 48 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled over 48 hours after payment confirmation, we will charge a small Zero Waste Fee ($10 per item) which will be deducted from your refund. 

*After shipping

Contact us and return the dress to us within 7 days as you receive the packet, if you need refund. But we will charge a small Zero Waste Fee ($20 PER ITEM) which will be deducted from your refund. 

Over 7 days, it's possible that we will not issue any refund because it's beyond our timeline.

For customized orders: 

We are sorry to let you know we are unable to accept returns on custom dress, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom size dresses are final sale. Please confirm color, style, and measurements before your order is complete.

* Please note color variations on computer monitors, so you must consider a slight color change from actual dress to what you see on screen. 
* We highly advise you order or view our color swatches to make right choices.
* Please keep in mind that all our products are made-to-order and don't have stock dresses, so we don't provide try-on home service and accept returns like ordering two dresses and sending back one. 

* Upon the package's arrival, we encourage you to try it/them on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing it/them to check the fit and workmanship. 

For Exchange

-Before shipping

If you purchased your item(s) and would like to exchange for a different size, style or color:

Orders changed within 48 hours after payment confirmation, we will free change for you 

Orders changed over 48 hours after payment confirmation, the dress won't support to return after shipping, but you could cancel it before we ship it.

-After shipping

Sorry that we do not offer exchange service for dresses at this time. If you purchased your item(s) and would like to exchange for a different size, style or color, and never change them before shipping, you could need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).

For all Fabric Swatches, Fabric and Clearance Orders:

All fabric swatches, fabric by-the-yard, measuring tapes, and Clearance items are final sale. No returns or exchanges for any reason.

For Standard Size Orders

We will issue a refund of the cost of the returned product  but original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery

*  Please note that for any refund we offer for the help, if we haven't received your reply/confirmation within 7 DAYS, it's possible that we will not issue any refund because it's beyond our timeline.

* We will issue a refund if the dress doesn't fit. The shipping and rush fee will not be refunded however. The freight charges of shipping the dress back will be also borne by you, so please tripe check your measurement and color before placing the order. 

* As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

For Customized Orders

We are sorry to let you know we are unable to accept returns on custom dress, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

It's going to be very hard for us to resell it. We are very sorry, but we'll try our best to help you find a best solution. 

※ For the dresses: 

* Please check your measurements, color and style carefully before ordering the dress. All custom dresses will be created with additional fabric in the seams part to allow minor size modifications.  

* Please understand that we are not responsible for inaccurate measurements. Custom orders will be produced according to the measurements sent, but alterations may be required locally once your garment is received.

* Please note that actual fabric colors may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions. Highly suggest that you get the swatch book from me before you place the dress order. I’m not able to be responsible for any color difference if you don’t get my swatches

* Also note that for the lace dresses or dresses with some lace details in different lace patterns, even if you order all dresses in one same color code, a slight color difference will be expected. Since they are made in different lace patterns, different thickness and lace appliques, it will affect the final color of the dress so the final color of the dresses varies depending on the lace pattern and thickness.

How to Return

※ Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Please submit a return request via email within 7 days of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return.

※ It is important to send us photos of the dress (better if the bridesmaid is wearing it) as well as photos of the measurements of the dress to confirm and we will find the best solution.

※ Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, with the original tags and packaging.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note:

*Please use the address we supported after you contacting us.

*Please send back the dress with the original packing we use

*Please write the value same as the one we given on the express bill.

After we received your returned dress, the refund will be processed within 3~5 workdays.

※ Defective, Damaged or Miss-shipped Items

If you are not happy with the products for the following reasons: 

Defective, Damaged or Miss-shipped Items

If your items were damaged during delivery, we suggest you to take photos or video and get "Proof of Damage" documentation from the delivery carrier. Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, then no following of customization requirement and size deviation from the posted size criteria. If you receive the damaged or defective dress that is caused by Wednova you can get the full refund.

* Sizing or fitting issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one 1 inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our seamstresses have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

* We send you a dress in wrong sizes

If the dress's size differs from the specifications you ordered, we encourage you to find a local seamstress to make adjustments, and we will gladly to give you some refund for the altered fee, if you choose this option, we require the copy of the receipt from your seamstress when you request reimbursement. If we make the dress in wrong size for you, you can return the dress to us, and get a refund.

* We send you a dress according to your size requirements but do not fit

If you carefully follow our size chart/how to measure guide before deciding your size, we guarantee that your dress(es) will fit you perfectly. Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.

Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible. 

*We send you a dress in wrong color

Although we always provide you with true photos, it's sometimes impossible to match the on screen color to the original color of the item, this is due to the settings and computer screen variations, therefore please expect that there may be a slight change in the color. However, if you are certain that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible, if a mistake has been made, then you may be eligible for a return for a full refund. We know color is important to you, so we highly recommend you to order swatches before ordering the dresses.
